LINKIN PARK LIVE AROUND THE WORLD: MY PLAYLIST STARTS WITH POINTS OF AUTHORITY AND ENDS WITH THE MESSENGER

I chose 13 songs from Linkin Park’s live album series Live Around the World to make my playlist. The series contains the songs which the band had performed on various stages. You can listen to the studio version in four albums from the debut album Hybrid Theory to the 4th album A Thousand Suns.

One of my favorite LP songs is Points Of Authority included in Hybrid Theory. This song has the role to start my playlist. Mike Shinoda, who is a rapper, guitarist, and keyboard player in the band, had performed the new rap at the start of the song in this version. The new rap sharply passes a torch to the original rap. The stream of the highly condensed words makes me so excited. Make some noise!

The last song in the playlist is The Messenger included in A Thousand Suns. Chester Bennington’s singing voice is very tough, beautiful, and tender. I love it. In the simple and gentle sounds, his song sounds sweet to me and resonates with my heart. He said “Sing along with us!” and then the audience sang along with him at the end of the song. It had finished up with the voices of Chester and many LP lovers. So impressive.

We can enjoy listening to Krewella’s new EP "Ammunition"

Jahan Yousaf, a member of Krewella, said "krewella is back? nah we’ve been here all along" on her Twitter page. Krewella, an electro/rock duo by Yamine and Jahan Yousaf sisters, released the new EP Ammunition on May 20. I love their new songs and celebrate their new departure as Krewella.

This EP includes 6 songs: Beggars, Broken Record, Marching On, Surrender The Throne, Ammunition, and Can’t Forget You. I am impressed strongly by Marching On, Surrender The Throne, and Can’t Forget You in particular. I want to shout the impressive phrase "We’re marching on!"

They delivered the message "We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed creating it" to their fans called "Krew".

Krewella – GET WET

You can listen to all the songs in Get Wet, which is the debut album of Krewella, on their SoundCloud page. The album is accessible on the internet for free, but I payed for a disc because I have been impressed by the songs. It is my expression about a good piece of work.

I love the Dubstep/Drum and Bass sound in Get Wet. The Krewella sound makes me excited, makes me “feel alive.” Even if you have never listened to the sound, it is sure to make you excited.

Two impressive singers, Jahan and Yasmine, are like vocalist in a rock band. Powerful and emotional. Krewella is categorized as EDM, but they cut across the boundary between two genres of music: EDM and rock music.

You can watch the video of four songs: Alive, Live for the Night, Enjoy the Ride and Human. You will enjoy the unique stories with impressive music on the videos.

I was moved by the video of Human, which is like a documentary video about Krewella. They express their feelings including the negative in this video. I think that the scenes is related to the line of the lyrics “I’m only human.”

Paramore – Fast In My Car

I want to jump when I listen to the following song. Fast In My Car is the opening song on Paramore's latest album named Paramore. I think that this song promises to make you enjoy with the self-titled album. Paramore is running. We can enjoy their music.

Paramore – Ain't It Fun Remixes

We can listen to three impressive remixed tracks of Ain't It Fun originally performed by Paramore. Here is my article about the original. This song is remixed by Kye Kye, Smash Mode and Dutch Uncles. The new versions show the originality of the re-mixers, and also the new, fresh expression for Paramore.

The elements of Dubstep make Paramore meet EDM in Kye Kye Remix. This remix may connect the different music lovers: Paramore and EDM fans. Paramore lovers may become interested in EDM, and many EDM lovers may want to listen to Paramore's songs.

The guitar sound additionally recorded is funky in Smash Mode Remix. Taylor York, plays a guitar for the songs of the band, performes in funk style in the original version of Ain't It Fun. More funky than the original. We can experience the sounds of funky guitars and four-on-the-floor.

Paramore – Ain't It Fun -Dutch Uncles Remix-

Dutch Uncles Remix shows that the melody is beautiful and amiable in Paramore's song. The sound enhances the melody. I am interested in the way of the sound overlapping in this version. Impressed by the sound constructed by some synthesizers. Very bright, very comfortable.

LINKIN PARK – THE HUNTING PARTY

I am listening to The Hunting Party, the new album of LINKIN PARK in 2014. The sounds featuring guitars are thick and heavy. We can get the energy from the heavy sound. Beautiful melody is one of the main features of LP music. The feature is also expressed in this album.

LP is not a young band, but not an old man of rock music. The Hunting Party is produced with the style like the LP style in the early years. The style is LP's core, but not a rehash of the old style. Aggressive, but intelligent. Heavy, but beautiful.

I could find the new band for me. The name is Bad Suns. Their song Cardiac Arrest is very good. What should I express about this song? Melancholic, cool, or emotional. This song has the complicated attraction. How does that make you feel?

The new musical explosion appears! LINKIN PARK reveals the impressive song GUILTY ALL THE SAME on YouTube/SoundCloud. You can listen to the aggressive sound of the band. The layer of the guitars is heavy, but beautiful for me. The band features RAKIM's rap. This is my first time listening to his rap. Very cool.

Fall Out Boy – Alone Together -Krewella Remix-

ROCK AND EDM! Impressed by the remixed track Alone Together, originally performed by Fall Out Boy. Krewella added the powerful EDM sound to rock sound. Rock meets EDM. It's expressive mix. Another feature is the newly overdubbed vocals of Jahan and Yasmine. The original vocal and new vocals are mixed in one track. The expressive sound and vocals will excite you, move you and empower you!

blondfire – Young Heart

Young Heart, the album of blondfire, was released also in Japan. We can download this album on iTunes Store. I knew the duo in Avicii's album which includes the collaboration song Liar Liar.

The video of their song Waves moved me strongly. I love other songs in the album Young Heart. I am impressed by the silky voice of Erica Driscoll. Her voice is like a child, but it is also amorous. The border bleeds.

fox capture plan – Attack on fox

The impressive track Attack on fox is performed by fox capture plan, the jazz/rock band in Japan. The sound consists of three instruments: piano, bass and drums. You can touch the cool, sharp and powerful sound.

Music video gave me a deep impression. The mask worn by the performers expresses a fox in Japan. Foxes walk, run and dance here and there in this night. You will also be a fox after watching the video.

Great!!! Paramore appeared on the stage at iTunes Festival in London. I could view their performance in real time using iPad with the app for iTunes Festival. Half of the songs are recorded in their latest album "Paramore." The other half were selected from their old album except the cover song. Ignorance, Brick By Boring Brick, Ain't It Fun and Pressure are good for me. I wanted to listen to these songs and glad to listen to them in real time. Paramore - Emergency

Hayley's song is daynamic, powerful...in addition, includes characteristic pathos. It makes me move. "Emergency" is 2nd single of Paramore's debut album. We can feel their attraction from this song. Very impressive.

What story do you imagine from the video of "Take The World"? Four women smiles and attracts someone. But their expressions becomes lost in the darkness. Someone may try to bring all of the women happiness, but as a result, nobody is happy. The world is monochrome and empty, and they are sad and lonely.
