Swedish House Mafia - Don't You Worry Child

One of the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) artists. We can know the energy of dance music from this video. The EDM movement first appeared in Europe and then has influenced on the music scene in U.S.A. In Japan, the word starts to come to attention, I think.

Paramore - Anklebiters

We can watch Paramore's new video. This animation is funny and surrealistic for me.

Immigrant's Bossa Band - Spiritual Love -Immigrant's Cover Collection

Titled "Spiritual Love -Immigrant's Cover Collection," the album was released previous week in Japan. All songs are covered by Immigrant's Bossa Band. If you love jazz, Latin or Brazilian music, you may have listened to these songs in the original version.

You can listen to the album with more care. You can use some songs as BGM. And you can dance with some exciting songs. Especially, I love the songs: "You've Got To Have Freedom," "New Morning" and "That's What Friends Are For."

You can listen to three instrumental tracks on SoundCloud: "Sombre Guitar," "It's You" and "Mas Que Nada."

Paramore's Performance in Japan

You can listen to four songs in following video. Paramore's performance is great. I hope that they will come to Japan again. No doubt their aggressive performance makes me excited if they play on the stage in Japan.

TUNECORE

billboardbiz - Tunecore Reports $300 Million in Artist Payments Since Inception

PRWeb - TuneCore Artists See 20% Growth in Earnings and 67% Increase in Downloads and Streams -Top Digital Music Distributor Exceeds $300 Million in Artist Earnings-

The above articles about TUNECORE's growth. Streaming and download are mainstream of digital music distribution system in the world. (But it does not apply to Japan...) The relationship between musician and record company is changing, so the new way to distribute music, like TUNECORE, should be payed attention to.

Sing for Hope Pianos

"Sing for Hope Pianos" is nice activity. Everyone can play pianos that appear here and there in New York. One of Sing for Hope project. New Yorker's blog told me Sing for Hope Pianos. When searching on Twitter, I could find some pictures about it. People play a piano on the street in New York. The sound of a piano can be heard from the street corner―very interesting, I think.
